I was a guest in the Vallejo Costco once 30 years ago and vowed to never go back. Just like Walmart, Amazon and others, that chain is meant to put other businesses out of business. I know I am just an old naysayer but it was so ironic that people had NO NAPA PIPE signs all over town until it was announced that a Costco would be added to the project and then all of a sudden it was exactly what everyone wanted.
