I didn't see the promised list of "grape varieties that are already being tested for viability at some places in California." Please post.

I am all for Napa Valley Albariño. However, if we are looking for grapes that will thrive in our ever-warming climate, why not look to warmer parts of Spain (Galicia, in the Northwest rather than Southwest of Spain, is about as cool as Spain gets), as well as to varieties indigenous to Italy, Greece, Croatia, etc?

Yes, other areas of Spain are worth investigating, but Albariňo already grows well in Napa, so we decided to look at what is already here.

I buy one or two cases at a time. Once I find an unusual wine I want to buy the case.
