True forgiveness is a spiritual practice that enables a person to take back their own power and to let go of the anger and resentment that diminishes the spirit. Through mindfulness meditation, gratitude and compassion, Luskin offers not only the theory of forgiveness but also, and more importantly, the actual “how to” practice.
