“Loco-Motion Month of Movement” in May is a community initiative to log miles for movement and raise $350,000 for the Vine Trail's development. Starting with the the official kickoff on April 27, participants can walk, ride, hike or skip to contribute to the cause. Networking events and mixers will be available throughout May, offering a blend of community involvement and physical fitness. Registration is required with options for team or solo participation. The 43rd Napa Valley Writers’ Conference, a gathering of authors spanning antiquity to contemporary society, is set for July 21-26 at Napa Valley College.
